So I did the following:

Settings --> General --> Reset --> Erase All Content and Settings

It said it'd take 2 hours. I clicked OK and saw it start deleting. I left the room, came back a while later and saw the connect to itunes logo. I didn't (couldn't) check to make sure no info was there.

Is it safe to assume it's all deleted?
