How do you report a user as a spammer?

This user only posts advertisements for apps and nothing else. Seems like spam to me. Most of his posts are repeated in their entirety in multiple areas as well.

Oh...

Yeah that guy! Get 'em! Just report his posts. There's a Finnish member of Kiss with an axe that may take care of it ;)

You cannot report the actual user but you can report his posts. You can go to the user's posting history, pick one post and then report it if you think it violates the forum rules. Moderators will then take actions if required.
