You could always try http://appshopper.com/

I've found quite a bit of daily discounts on there.

Another Appshopper fan. Appadvice is good, too, though I prefer the iPhone version to the iPad one.

The Wish List feature on Appshopper has saved me a ton of money... love getting those $9.99 apps for 99 cents on sale.

Appshopper is great, though there have been a few times where it shows an app as free when it is not - often due to how long it takes for appshopper to update. Overall, very good. It has saved me a lot of money.

Especially now that you can set the push notifications to not alert at certain times (like when you sleep...)

Actually makes me wonder is Appshopper is saving me money or causing me to spend more... hmm 😛
