Need to hire a graphic designer. Where to look?

I read the forum's guidelines and it said we could discuss pricing so I hope this is applicable.

I am needing to create a graphic/illustration. I have a sketch on paper. I need a graphic designer to take my creation to make a pretty picture with it. This is an small/quick job. Where can I find someone to do something like this on the side?
