I like these: http://www.soundblaster.com/products/audigy2NX/
But I know they arent made for macs. Will they run on macs, or is there a way to make them run on macs?
If not, does anyone know of an equivalent sound card that would work with my mini?
Thanks!

I have the iMic from Griffin Technology

there is a higher end card from this same company called PowerWave

The iMic sounded great for me and it was very cheap. Try these out if you are interested :-) Hope this gives you some options.

Not sure about the Audigy, but I use a USB Creative Labs Sound Blaster MP3+ (AKA Sound Blaster Digital Music) on my TiBook and get noticeably better sound than Apple's onboard. Creative doesn't make Mac drivers for it, but Panther recognizes it automatically as a generic USB audio device and lets me use all of its inputs and outputs, including optical. I would think (and hope) that if one USB Soundblaster works, the other would work as well.
Here's a link to the MP3+ for anyone interested. I only bought it because the onboard on my PC wasn't working and I saw it on the shelf at Wal-Mart, remembered a positive Tom's Hardware review of it and grabbed it.
