does anybody know whether there is a way to connect an old Palm V to the new macs (only usb and fw ports) ?

The keyspan serial > usb adaptor works great for me..
They're not too much money and they're readily available from most retailers. :-)

or get the palm usb adapter (i don't recall its actual name) it works much the same as the keyspan. But I found it more relieable on my tibook back when i used my palm.

anyone know of a way to get the crappy iConcepts pda adapter working in OS X with palm desktop??
i bought it before i knew i was gonna get a mac. also, i dont have the money to go and buy another adapter.

The Palm connect doohickeydongletachment is all over eBay for $8.99, and I have had good luck with OSX and it.
Haven't tested 9, don't really intend to see 9 ever again...

Thanks for suggestions. I was under the impression that the Palm adaptors were only for the most recent palm models.
Nipsy what the heck are you talking about on ebay at $8.99 ?
