Recommended printer for MAc pro

That's a pretty open-ended question...what do you want to use it for? Photos? Mostly documents?

Is color important? if not, you might want to consider a monochrome laser.

Give us some more details so we can narrow down what you're looking for.

does epson provide R320 driver for the latest OS update? if so, stay with it. The old epson printer is great.

if you want to switch to a newer all in one epson, try Artisan 725 or 810.
