I recently received my Powerbook G4; my desktop is a Wintel machine. It appearst that my trusty (old) Lexmark E210 printer does not have Mac drivers (couldn't find one on the Lexmark site) and is not supported by generic drivers in OS X. As I'll probably be moving to a full "Mac house" soon, it appears that I may need to replace this printer.

Does anyone know of a workaround or other driver that will run the E210 using OS X? I searched the forums here and didn't find anything. I think this printer is actually made by Samsung so maybe there is some Samsung driver that will work? I'm new to this Mac stuff so I may be overlooking something simple/obvious.

Thanks for any help/advice you can offer.

Edit: Problem Solved. I downloaded the OSX driver for the Samsung ML-1210, installed it, and I'm printing!! (The ML-1210 is the Samsung version of the Lexmark E210 - in fact I use Samsung toner cartridges 'cause they are cheaper than the Lexmark.) Now if I can just figure out how to print wirelessly from the Powerbook via my Windows desktop ....
