PB LCD color depth...

I can't find specs on the PB 17" LCD anywhere. Maybe someone can help me out.

1. Support 24-bit or 32-bit true color (16.7million colors)?
2. Contrast ratio?
3. Brightness?
4. Viewing angles (seem ok to me)?

I have looked at the PB screens and they look pretty good, but I haven't found anywhere to compare them side-by-side with the likes of a Sony X-Brite screen. I know the resolution is on the low side (at least compared to WUXGA 1920x1200), but I am hoping this changes soon.

24 bit is 16.7 million colors and yes it supports it.

The res is 1440x900. I'm not sure of anyone who does instrumented testing as part of reviews of notebooks' screens, but if someone else does, I'd be interested to hear....
