I've noted this on other threads, so for those who've heard it before, my apologies.
If you look at the photo you'll notice that the keyboard is only as wide as the iPad, itself. That means that the keyboard is almost two inches narrower than the Apple wireless keyboard and considerably narrower than the keyboard on, say, an 11" laptop.
That may work for many folks, but giving up that much keyboard real estate for the convenience of having a combination keyboard/iPad case results in MUCH smaller keys and less space between keys.
Personally as a touch typist, I find the Apple Wireless keyboard to be somewhat cramped but usable. If it were almost 20% narrower, however, I'd find it to be very difficult to adjust to unless it were the only keyboard I use.
YMMV, of course. If you're a hunt and peck typist, the size may not be a problem. It may even be an advantage. But if your fingers are trained to operate a full size keyboard, adjusting to a much more cramped input device may be a big problem.
