My screen is slightly crooked. I took it to the computer store on campus and they said there was nothing they could do since they didn't have a tool to tighten the bolts. Anyone have any suggestions on what I should do? It is maybe off by a few degrees.

Take it to an Apple Retail store, or to a computer store that does only Macs.

thats what warranties are for. Call apple, get a case number and take it to an AASP. a slightly crooked screen was not uncommon for the first batch of FP iMacs that came out.

why not see if u can tighten them yourself... tehre has to be a tool taht can remotely turn an apple screw a few turns to keep the tilt at bay.
