Here's what I have.

1.33 Ghz 17" PB
512 RAM
80 GB HDD
64 MB 9600 Mobility Radeon GPU
2x Super Drive
Air Port Extreme/BT
GigE/56k
1 year and 10 months of Apple Care left.

I was going to trade this a while ago, but the trade fell through and I decided to keep the PB, but now I think it would be wise to sell.

I'm going to be leaving for Basic Training soon and after that is Technical training so there's no telling how long it will be before I can use my PB again, so I want to sell it while it still has a decent value.

There are no defects on it other than for a ding on the edge of the lid by one of the latches. It shows normal wear on the trackpad and a few of the keys (the keys have worn better than any other notebook I've ever owned).
The battery also lasts as long as the day I got it (when the battery is fully charged, I remove it and run off of the adapter).

I have everything that came with it (original restore CD, iLife '04 on CD and DVD, manuals, cables, and the box), so it is as complete as when it came out of the box.

Here are links to some pictures...

The asking price is $1700 (plus shipping) or best offer.

you're not interested in a 12'' and some cash?

Basic Training- some of my friends are smp, but the way to do it is through officership

if you're doing basic and ait together, you'll prolly be done nmt 4 months. If you're reserve youll have time with the pb, if you're active, theres little chance you can use it.

I'm going into active Pararescue duty which means the next two years are nothing but training and little to no free time.

As far as trades go, since I'm not going to see much of anything that resembles a computer, a trade isn't what I am looking for.

I'll accept trades now.

My wifes Gateway (POS) is on it's last legs so if anyone has a Mac Mini or something else in the $500 to $600 range, and will make up the defference with cash, my PowerBook can be yours.

I don't need a monitor, just the machine.

I know you are looking for mini or something similar, but I have an iMac G5 17" 1.8ghz w/ 768mb/80gb/4xSD I am looking to sell or trade, so wanted thought I would at least mention it...

PM me if you are interested.

Good luck with your IET, I'm just about to transfer over to the IRR, so I know how hard your next year will be.
