What iPod can I use to connect to my Digital Rebel?

Sorry, if this is a stupid question...
I got a Canon Digital Rebel, and a couple of Compact Flash cards. But I'm going on a rather long trip in a couple of months, and I'm thinking of how to deal with the large amount of storage needed to deal wtih the pictures I will be taking. I got a iPod mini, but I believe that it's not possible to use that to store the pictures(?).

So what iPods are able to deal with direct transfer? To me it seems like I would need a 3G or 4G iPod. Could someone confirm if this is correct?

if you want to use the belkin media reader, you will need a 3G or a 4G.

but i suggest that you get a 30gb ipod photo with apples camera connector.
