This song was occasionally played as a post advertising fill-in on Talk Sport, a British radio station I enjoy listening to. Emails to the presenter asking what it was were never replied to, so all I have is this recording of it (http://www.mikeserieys.co.uk/music/iancollinsmystery.mp3).
Can anyone help? Thanks in advance. :)
(And if anyone knows what this track is as well (http://www.mikeserieys.co.uk/music/bluejamendmusic.mp3) it'd be much appreciated.)

The first is Adam F - Circles.
Not sure on the second - but you could try Shazam (http://shazam.com) :)
