WTB: Powerbook 12" or 15"

I'm looking to buy a PB in a week or so. I'm currently waiting on a check from eBay sales and Tiger but I want to see if anyone is selling an old PB that I could get a deal on.

I'm looking for a 12" or 15" Rev C or D with 1.5 ghz or above, bluetooth, and Superdrive (necessary). I don't really care about extras as I have a case and software, just need the computer (in good condition- I don't care about scratches on the bottom where you can't see though :p ). I would like a 20" Alum display though, if a deal can be made and my funds suffice :) .

I also may consider a 1.33 ghz, just as long as it has a Superdrive. :)
