Retail Store Availability?

I tried posing this question in a few main threads but I think my voice was lost in all the cyber-raging over the missing SuperDrive.

Anyone having any luck finding a new mini in retail stores? None of the stores in my area have them yet and they're all saying they should arrive in the next day or two...

The flagship Apple store on Regent street here in London didn't have Lion installed on the demo Macs or any of the new ones on sale. In fact the sales staff didn't even have much information as they had just been announced a few hours before. I was told they are doing an overnighter tonight and the demo Macs will have Lion installed by tomorrow. Also the new models with Lion installed will be available for sale tomorrow or at the latest the day after.

I called my local store in MA and was told they are receiving a shipment this evening, to be on sale tomorrow.
