Maxed out 2010 air vs maxed out 2011 air

Can't decide, I found a good deal on the 2010 one, but is the 2011 one worth it? Would get education pricing and the gift card if I got the 2011, but can't decide if I need the 2011.

Maxed 11" Apple refurb $1049 vs $1649 for new 11 ultimate.

$600 buys ... Backlit keyboard, extra 128GB SSD space, faster i7 processor.

Or

$450 buys the backlit keyboard and faster processor, leave ssd the same.

Please keep in mind that the 256GB of Flash Solid-State storage is not a cheap thing, you are talking (from Apple) $700 for that drive, or $350 extra for the space. I have a 13" 2010 Ultimate and a 11" Ultimate, they are both great computers.
