Hey Guys

I'm about to reinstall my macbook air. But I'm a bit worried about the SDD.

What is the best way to reinstall without losing performance regarding the SDD?

Best Regards

It won't really impact things to just erase and re-install from the USB media stick, but if you are really concerned, you could use the "Erase Free Space" option in Disk Utility and Zero the SSD, writing zeros to the whole SSD before you re-install. This would insure that you are not copying data over garbage-collected on the drive.
