It was packed so I just left. Not worth my trouble.. I should have known it was bogus since someone else here tried to buy one earlier and the SKU wasn't active yet. Oh well, tomorrow it is :-/

The one at Millenia Mall in Orlando is always, ALWAYS packed to the gills with tourists.

Today was no exception, and I just didn't feel like dealing with it. It just amazes me that stores don't brief their employees on this stuff more thoroughy, especially the "greeter" dude that sets appointments at the front.

I gave both mall at millenia and fl mall a call
Fl mall has them in stock but 1 employee claims no i7 other says they do have them ( I called) now they both said they will start selling tomorrow morning :)
Millennia have no idea when there gonna get them ..


Fl mall will be faster at checkout since it's a bigger store more reps...

One store I called said "yes, we have plenty in stock for sale". The other said yes at first, then paused, and said "we hope to get them tomorrow". Unfortunately, the latter store is the one I wan.ted to visit because it is just across the border in a tax-free state

I talked to a very nice associate at a local store in Tennessee. She said that they had "them" in stock. I asked her to confirm the specs to make sure we were on the same page and she read off the 13"/256GB/i7 specs from the shipping sticker on the box. She said she could see at least a dozen in that configuration without even moving any boxes out of the way. Of course she can't hold them and I can't get there until after 5 tomorrow unfortunately. However, it did sound like they were available unless she was just having fun with my emotions.
