Late 2008 13" Macbook Upgrade? [Archive]

This will probably sound stupid but is it possible to upgrade a Late 2008 13" Macbook's Memory/RAM from the standard 2gb to 4gb? Also is it possible to change the processor? maybe to an intel i5/i7?

RAM and HDD are the only upgradeable parts.
