Gesture to make apps full screen?

I don't believe so, but you can enter FS with the shortcut control+command+f

As usual, you can use an application such as BetterTouchTool to set up gestures hoever you like. With the release of Lion, I feel that much more people should start using it. Some of the gestures in Lion are ridiculous.
