I have a Macbook here...running VMware Fusion. The Windows partition is
50GB but 49GB is used. When I go to examine what is using all the space Windows is using nearly 15GB and the Username "John" is using up the rest. When you examine "Johns" files. The sums just don't add up there is nothing there that is using up 34GB. I have examined each folders file size and the largest one is coming up as 11GB. The rest are all relatively small 660mb, 440 Mb etc but certainly don't come close to adding up to 34GB - what are the phantom files taking up the space.

What are my options. Does VMware Fusion allow you to resize an active partition? Ideas much appreciated.
