Can I change things to fix what I don't like with LION?

So I installed Lion and I would like to go back to my 2 finger scroll to go down a page with a downward motion like it used to be...can I change this back somehow? Hopefully that was clear btw.

Also, I noticed in my calendar part of my exchange calendar is blue the other part is gray, why is that?
 
That does make sense, it's always something simple. Thanks!

BTW can I turn off conversation view in mail? Yup this time I checked the settings 🙂
