This really frustrated me. It's been taking all day to download and when it was almost through, the download stopped and a message came on my screen saying that it could not be finished. What is the reason for this? I have already been charged my Apple since I'm downloading this from the App Store. Has this happened to any1 else?

My Mac OS X Lion download stopped when it was almost done

I can't. It stopped on its own then cleared the progress. It wasn't resumed. So I have to re-download the entire thing.
Maybe even try a full shut down then a start up your Mac again. That's strange behavior. Is it stopping at the same spot all the time? Are you running any other programs at the time of download? How much space do you have left on your hard drive before downloading the install? This may help others diagnose your problem.
