Is there a way to launch apps full–screen?

As the question asks. I've grown to like the fact that I can switch between my full screen apps using gestures, but is there a way to get them to launch on new full–screen spaces, rather than having to use the keyboard shortcut?

Yes, because Apps are no longer truley open or closed but steady state if you close an App in full screen when you reopen it will be full screen (and everything the same as it was too).
