Can I still choose in which language to install Lion regardless of my location?

I'll be moving to Mexico City, that's where I'll be creating my iTunes account (which I believe is region specific), in order to pay for Lion.

Can I still choose to install Lion in English? (as that's the language currently set up in my system), and it's the language I wish to have.
