I am not looking for World Of Warcraft Hacks. But, I have a question.
I was chatting in the General Chat channel, and my character said something I did not type. Is this a hack of some sorts? All I found through google were bots, UI hacks/mods and server emulators. Nothing about chat hacks (or spoofs/tricks?)
Anyone experience something like this?

Blizzard crack down heavily on anything naughty.
Witness the recent episode regarding people selling in game Gold on eBay.

The person who chatted before you said
<personbefore> [space][space][space][space][space][space]
<yourname> blah blah blah.
We used to do that in my old guild and make people say stupid things :).
Although it could have been a hack. I've never heard of one that does that though.

This is probably definately what it was. There are no hacks to do that type of thing.

Yes, you are correct. I remeber not being able to click on my name when it was posted in the Gen Chat Channel. Usually, if you click it, a "whisper" for that name comes up.
I wish I remebered his name,....
