Duplicates associated with gmail?
I also have two to four duplicates per email. I have added my gmail account to Mail 5.0, so I assume that's the problem, but I haven't figured out how to fix it.
I have a special sound associated with emails from my daughter, and when she emails me I hear the special sound plus the regular notification sound. Hope someone knows how to fix this.
Clarification: Actually, what I meant to say is that the two separate notification sounds indicate the message is being placed in the mailbox twice. This isn't what I hope to fix, as it appears from the previous paragraph. What I'd like to prevent/fix is the problem of the numerous duplicates in Mail 5.0 under Lion.
