I heard a song not long ago but couldn't really figure out the lyrics. It is a bit exotic sounding and I could only catch words like "ho ya yee ya, ho ya...". (maybe it isn't in English?)

I don't think so, because I think the only words the singer seems to use are "ho ya yee ya..."

it sounds japanese, cuz just about every sylable ends in a vowel in that language.

I'm sure it's a male, but I don't think it's Japanese.
