Looking for 3-D Home Design that's free/has free trial

Looking for something just as a one time thing. I'd like something that easy and almost along the lines of the Sims(the home building part).

I found one that's OS 9 but it really doesn't do what I'd like it to do.

There is nothing that is simple to use when drawning a house. And if you are trying to draw out your own house, I suggest you let a professional do it. Its more complicated than what I could write out here an not go over the word limit.

Ditto Varmit - architecture's trickier than it looks.

Try checking out SketchUp (I work for them). It's easy enough to learn in the 8 hours they give you for free, and it's Pantherized.
