Well, there is a thread to post desktops, and I just saw one for Mission Control... so why not have one for posting up your Launch Pad?

Very cool feature

Love the new launchpad. I got rid of the applications folder in the dock this is so much faster and I love you can group them I even got rid of 4 icons from the dock as its so close now in launchpad

Just don't understand why everytime you add a application it goes directly to page 2 instead of just filling in whatever space it has in page 1
 
Launchpad on my new MBP
I definitely cleaned the dock up a bit (even though there still a bunch of stuff there...)
