Time Capsule username?

I'm trying to access my Time Capsule files from the Windows side in bootcamp and its asking me for a username and password to connect. On the OS X side it says 'enter your user name and passowrd' but there is only a box for a password. No username is listed or needed to connect.

How do I find this out or how do I access on the Windows side?
