Mac Mini - 2011 - Sleep Issue with Final Cut Pro X

I posted a few days ago that I was having trouble with my new mini ($799 version) sleeping.

After much tinkering, it will only not sleep when Final Cut Pro X is running. What I mean by running is Final Cut is launched, Project is open, BUT I am not rendering or doing anything ?

Any Ideas ?

Anyone with Final Cut have the same issue ?
