When is the iPod Touch refresh coming?

Never. Instead, the iPod Touch is to be discontinued along with the every other iPod product. A new product called the 'iPad Nano' will be launched instead.

Call it an iPad Nano or iPod Touch it's the same thing in the end. It has a small form factor, runs iOS and should have large storage.
