iPhone 4 sms out of order and Set Automatically time not correct

Hi, I am new to the forums and need help.
My iphone 4 is jailbreak out of Singapore. The phone is in Los Angeles now.

• sms out of order

When sms/text messages are sent they will not go to the top of the message chain, however when the receiver sends back to me it goes to the top.

• Set Time Automatically

]Set Time Automatically - it worked fine till two days ago after i did a sync on iTunes. Now I have to set time manually, if I use the automatic it sets time two hours prior to me.

I think that these issues are related from the forum messages I have read. But any idea on how to fix or place I could go to fix?
