Lion recovery partition

Can someone tell me if it's possible when you buy a new Mac to get the installer of Lion off off the recovery partition and install it on another Mac. I'm planning to buy a Mini, so if the answer to my question is yes I don't have to buy Lion from the App store.

I don't think you can get Lion off the recovery partition, as it still needs to be downloaded when you boot from recovery mode.

However, if you sign into the App Store on a Mac that doesn't have Lion, you will probably (I guess) be able to re-download it without having to pay for it again.
