Hi guys,
I have a late 2008 MBP: 2.53GHz C2D, 4Gb, 500Gb MXT etc. When I installed the Momentus XT, I got rid of my BootCamp partition with Windows XP. Thinking about getting VMWare or Parallels to run Windows 7 (still undecided as to which, suggestions?) and get the consensus that when running a virtual OS, more RAM is recommended.
Am I correct in understanding that my MBP will support 8Gb RAM? Boot ROM Version is MBP51.007E.B05
So I'd need to get two modules of DDR3 PC3 8500 1067Mhz, correct? E.g. http://www.amazon.co.uk/memory-upgr...GF1E/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1311717384&sr=8-4
Thanks.
