View Full Version : Canadian iTunes store down?

I have been unable to download from the Canadian iTunes store for the past 12 hours. I get the "iTunes store is not able to process purchases at this time try again later" message. (free updates too)

Anyone else experiencing this? Or is it just me?

I had that problem for a couple of days.

What fixed it for me was going into iTunes on my computer and re-entering my billing info (credit card number, cvv2, expiry).

The fields were previously filled and nothing had changed in the past year or so, but for whatever reason even putting the exact same data back in worked and I haven't seen that message since.

Thanks that worked. The app stores have been screwy lately. What threw me off and I didn't think of doing that was that last week the same thing happened and I got the same message, but it worked again after a few hours.
