MBA powerful enough for graphics work?

I think you'll be fine as long as you don't have a huge amount of layers and the resolution isn't huge.
I just ordered a 13", i7 MBA. I intend to use my Wacom Intuos 4 graphics tablet and Corel Painter with it. Am I kidding myself here? Has it got enough speed/power for this use? I won't know for several days when it arrives...
You will be fine, although you may want to consider how to connect to a big external display for serious work...
That big external display is on the wish list, now if I can just find a real thin shiny, aluminum, light one, lol
