Just got my new Macbook Air i7/256 13''

Lovin this new Macbook. Compared to my old 2009 MBP 13'', this new machine is so much faster! A lot of that probably has to do with the SSD.

I went to the System Report and saw that my SSD is Apple. How do you find out what brand screen is on the laptop?
 
type this on the terminal

ioreg -lw0 | grep IODisplayEDID | sed "/[^<]*</s///" | xxd -p -r | strings -6

LT is samsung, and LP is LG.
 
^You are right, I googled the model number and it looks like I got a Samsung/Samsung unit 🙂
