How do I delete one audio track from a .mov with two?

I did some editing with iMovie and ended up with two audio tracks. QT plays the video how I edited it to play but other players use the "old" audio track. I don't think Quicktime Pro works in Lion so none of the answers I found with Google work.

Quicktime Pro 7.6.6 works with Lion.

Open up the movie file, press Command J, then highlight the audio track and press Delete, and then save.
