Netscape 7?

Has anyone tried Netscape version 7? Is it any good?

It can't beat Chimera 0.5....it's rockin! Even my nightlys are stable and fast as $@?! :D

If anyone is looking for a real alternative to IE, I strongly recommend Netscape 7.0. It is full-featured and fast.

I have tried all the browsers out there, but Netscape is the only one I trust as much as I trusted IE.

I have had absolutely zero issues with Netscape 7.0.

without AIM its ok, but if your gonna use NS 7 try Mozilla, same thing without AIM and all the aol crap

I agree Netscape 7 is great, not as fast as Chimera but more compatible and full of features, I find Mozzila way slower than Netscape 7.

unlike IE it can handel almost all languages, and is stable

that's kinda funny since netscape 7 is based on an older build of mozilla.

some builds of mozilla were slower than ns7 but since mozilla 1.2 is out...it would be handy to have a copy of ns7 lying around for when u want to use mozilla 1.0 themes....

Mozilla 1.2 alpha is out (the beta build is planned for mid-october, and the final build is planned for early November). I've never had any trouble using Mozilla 1.0 themes with Mozilla 1.2a.

Netscape 7 is based on Mozilla 1.0.1, which is noticably faster then Mozilla 1.0, IMO.

WOW! :D Netscape 7 is SOOOO much quicker than IE!! I amazed at how much better it is. I only wish I switched earlier.

netscape 7 rules, never really like IE because of the way it loaded a page, maybe im picky, but netscpe is better. 6 was a lil dodge, but 7 is more stable, has more features, and is fast euff 4 moi.

I must have spent so long pressing the up and down arrows in IE because pages didn't draw properly! Its nice to have a browser that works well. Any idea where in Jaguar I set Netscape to the default browser + not IE?
