Any way to delete/restore a Lion App?

Address Book print doesn't work for me. I have tried restoring Address Book from TM but OS X won't allow it. "Address Book can't be modified or deleted because it's required by OS X". Is there a way to delete/reinstall Address Book so I can get printing to work?
