The combination of full-screen applications and swiping among them in their own desktop feels like the old days with Multifinder or multitasking 80's Amiga style.
And, damn, do I love it. :cool:

"Mission Control" is just Switcher (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MultiFinder#Switcher) on steroids.

Wow! I almost did a spit-take when I saw the word "multifinder!" But you're right.
And thinking of that, I never would have thought this long after Multifinder we'd still be dealing with the desktop, folders, icons and all the other stuff that has hung around.
And I should have bought more Apple stock back then…how much would owning a piece of "multifinder" have cost at that time?
