A few months ago I started using keephd.com to download the free HD music videos off of youtube. All the 1080p videos (and most of the lower quality ones) downloaded in .mp4 format and I was able to drag/drop into itunes for seamless archiving. Now it seems.. that this WebM revolution has caught up and today all the vidoes from keephd are downloading as .webm video files. Now dragging into itunes no longer works.. Has anyone else ran into this and has found a new path to store the video files into itunes?
Any suggestions on a free video converter? webm -> mp4
Is there not much worry about quality loss when converting to mp4? (Granted it came from youtube in the first place but hey, I'm not one to turn away free hd content when it is out there..)
I guess I am just looking to have my own HD collection available to me to play on my apple tv for company.
