Spotlight (?) problem in Lion?

Hi Guys,

So, this has been irritating me-I occasionally get this dialog box showing up, and I don't know how to get rid of it. It seems to either be a Spotlight problem (I rarely use Spotlight) or a Default Folder problem.

Here's the screenshot:

None of the radio buttons work to do anything with that dialog box.

How do I get rid of it?
