iOS How to create tableViews with saved data when re-open the app?

Hi folks, I am relatively new on xcode. So the deal is this:

I want to make tableViews where you put some data there, and when u close the app the data still saved.

And I want to create those tableViews on UiViewControllerSubclasses, and no on the appViewController.

That's it! I just want to know how to create a TableView with data saved, when u close the app it still saved, on the UiViewControllerSubclasses!!
Can anyone help me with a good tutorial or paths to follow.
