I'd be more worried about iTunes covering up all your desktops and full screen apps myself.

Yes. This happens to me as well. 90% of the time it's when I only have 2 windows open. 3 or more windows though and the sizing algorithms coded in Lion seem to work better. I am hoping this bug is so blatant that 10.7.1 fixes it.
