Help importing Outlook 2011 to Mail

Have been using Outlook 2011 for Mac and after upgrading to Lion would like to give Mail a try. However, I'm not sure how I can move my accounts, folders and mail from Outlook to Mail. There doesn't seem to be a compatible format and Mail didn't ask me if I want to import like some browsers do. Anyone know how to do this?

Not sure what type of account you have...but if it's IMAP, then just set it up in Mail and it should download all your messages from the server.
