Howdy guys, I've had the ol' iPod for a long time now, almost what, three years..?

I've bought music off of the music store ever since it became available but only recently (i.e. the last 3 days) had problems.

The iPod only has about 300MB space left and it's been through some rough falls, but for some reason it won't play all of the music I've bought online, even though those songs play fine on the computer.

For instance, I bought the new Garbage album yesterday night, the iPod plays every other song and occasionally only gets 15 or so seconds into the song before it pauses, apparently freezes, and then goes on to the next song. And this issue has only been happening to the music I've purchased. The bizzare part is that those songs play fine on my eMac.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers.

try restoring the ipod software with the updater.

Also, be sure you have the LATEST updater... the first 3Gs could not play .m4a, .m4b, or .m4p
